Thistle Unity Candle

The Thistle has been Scotland's national emblem since 1263. A Danish invading force was sneaking up on a sleeping Scottish encampment when one of the invaders stepped on the prickly thistle, and cried out in pain. His cry alerted the Scots to the invasion force, and attacked the raiders, successfully defeating them and saving Scotland. The design is hand-engraved and painted with Silver or 14K Gold paint. Specify the paint color when ordering. If you would like to personalize this candle, please specify names/date when ordering. The names and date will be placed beneath the thistle. There is no additional charge for this service. Large candle is 3” x 9”. Set includes a pair of matching taper candles that measure 7/8 inch wide x 10 inch high.
